There are several ways to get help and support:
Live Chat Support
Our new online Live Chat Support feature means that help is never far away. Simply
click the Live Chat Support button to be connected to one of our dedicated technical
support team. Our team are equipped to answer your technical questions for the quickest
response.
Remote Assistance
If you have a complex query or suspect there may be a fault, we're able to connect
to your computer to assist you with troubleshooting. Remote Assistance can only
ever be performed whilst you're present at the remote computer. If we think Remote
Assistance is appropriate, we will provide you with the instructions enabling you
to connect to us.
Telephone/Email
Our technical support team are usually available between 8am and 4pm weekdays during
